iPhonesque Growl Alerts Released
Take the best notification solution for the Mac, a pinch of iPhone UI genius, and mix them together into one entity. In essence, that’s exactly what forumgoer Mattrobs has done with his first release, iPhonesque. This alert style is a near-perfect replica of the iPhone’s own dialog boxes, available in five slick colors (black, navy blue, aqua, red, and “emergency” red!) for the Growl notification system. Very nice, but I’d love to be able to have it appear centered near the bottom of the screen (just above the Dock)

It’s nice but makes PROBLEMS. After some time with this theme GrowlHelpApp takes a quite piece of memory and CPU time:
