FolderTeint Released
Many words have been written about Leopard’s debatable folder icons, which have been highly dismissed (and replaced) for both aesthetic and usability reasons. But enter Thomas Zoechling and his app, FolderTeint. A brand-new release fresh out of the OS X oven, this utility provides a convenient and flexible way to tweak the appearance of Leopard’s icons to your liking, with tools for brightness, saturation, color, and contrast (!). It’s a free, Universal download (donations accepted), so take it for a spin and comment on the forum post with your feedback or gratitude.
