DMG Document Replacement Icon Released

Those of you who know me, and most of you don’t, know that I’m a fan of the little details. It’s the subtle things that really make a difference to me, which is why I’d like to highlight a system replacement icon. Yes, “A” as in singular, meant to replace just one system icon, but one that I stare at so often and have for so long that the change felt like a dozen Latvian models massaging my eyeballs with newness.

The DMG Document Replacement Icon (catchy name, huh?) is pretty self explanatory. Suffice to say that it looks a hell of a lot better than the little silver disk on white paper icon that Apple’s been using to represent disc images for ages now. Check it out in our forums, courtesy of NA.
