Very nice, I love it! My only dislike are the left and right edges of the Aqua window’s titlebar.

It’s fairly boring to me, but still promising. I just really can’t stand the contrast of the shadowed titlebar against the flat elements of the rest of the theme. Give the whole theme a flat look and it would be very good.

I kinda like it at the first sight, but then the bevel in the titlebar area is a bit too much.

Lily reminds me of LutetiumGUI in a very, very good way. I’ll have to mention that you can’t have a different glyph image for the selected state of Finder’s Views button (so it’ll look more like the “Front” selected segment tab). The design is very nice and crisp, but far too low contrast. That doesn’t mean you should gray it up, however - I would start by darkening the outlines of each element. Other than that, good job - it may be lost amongst the other monochrome theme mockups in this contest, though, considering its “consistency” or “lack of stylistic distinction,” whichever way you term it.
