ArtTools is a pair of Java applications released by longhorn49/asap18 used to decode and encode SArtFile.bin. Download links and instructions can be found in the official Forum thread.

SArtFile.bin can be used to theme the menu bar and editing text colors is possible by modifying Extras.rsrc.
